If you accidentally order the wrong package, set the wrong appointment, or just can’t make your appointment?
You can get 100% of your money back as long as 24 hours or more notice is provided before your appointment. You can also keep package as a voucher to use at a later time.
Our goal is to make your experience great. If you have any doubts on making your appointment, please let us know 24 hours ahead if possible.
The only reason we charge is because we set a time frame for your car only, which takes driving to you, telling other customers we are busy at that time, and preparation. If we find out same day we can’t always replace your appointment with another job that fast. If you let us know ahead of time we can allow your time slot for somebody else so both parties win.
